A Tale of two America’s

1 Kings 3:16-28 Tells the story of two women who stood before the king, each claiming that

the child that lived belonged to them.   They spoke before the king;

          “O my lord, this woman and I live in the same house, and each of us bore a child,
                   a boy in the same house.
           There was no one else with us in the house.
            This woman' child died in the night because she rolled over on it.
             She got up and took my son to her bed and lay her dead son next to my breast.
             When I rose up in the morning to feed my child it was dead.
             But, when I looked closely in the morning light I saw that it was not my child. “

           The other woman said, ”  NO!  The living child is my son!”
           And she said, “NO! THe dead is your son.”

Thus they spoke before the king.

          So, the king said, ” Bring me a sword”.
          And they brought a sword before the king.
          And the king said, ” Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one and half to                the other.”

Then the woman whose child was the living one spoke to the king, for she yearned with compassion for her son, and she said,
          “O' my lord, give her the child and do not kill it.”

  But the other said,
           “Let it be neither  mine nor yours and divide it.”

Then the king answered,
          “Give her the living child, do not slay it. She is its mother.”

All Israel heard of the king's judgement, and they feared the king, for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him, to execute sound judgement.
          This is what the LORD of Host's says;
“There are two rulers of a divided kingdom standing before the LORD.
          One ruler said, ” O' My Lord, this other ruler and I live in the same white house, and each of us birthed a spiritual child in this place.  There was no one else with us in this place at that time.”
 He then pointed at the other ruler and said,
                 “This ruler's spiritual child died because he is careless and he rolled over on it and crushed it. In the night this ruler switched my spiritual child with his spiritual child.  When I rose up in the morning light, I could see that even though this spiritual child was at my side , it was dead, and was not mine but his!”
But, the other ruler who stood before the Lord said, “No!  The living spiritual child is mine!”
          The other ruler spoke again and said, “NO! The dead one is yours!”
Thus they spoke before the Lord.
          So the Lord said, “Bring me a sword.”
And the Lord said, “divide the living child in two , and give one half to the one ruler and one half to the other.”
           Then the ruler who loved his spiritual child, America, was moved with compassion and he yearned for the child and said, ” O' my Lord, give him the child and do not kill it.”
          But the wicked ruler said,
 “let it be neither yours nor mine and divide it!”
          Then the LORD said,
 “Give the other ruler the country, he is its rightful ruler.”
          Here the word of the LORD God Today;
THe one whom I have chosen to lead this country is the ruler who has compassion in his heart for the spiritual child called America.

          For it is he who has been moved with compassion and chose not to inflict division on this nation.  He chose rightly to walk away and spare the country you call America from further division.

          For the ruler that occupies the house called white currently is not whom I have chosen.  HOWEVER, says the Lord, “I will use him to show America and all of the world what happens when you taunt the LORD your God.  When I AM is through with him and his co-conspirators there will be only their belongings to divide up amongst the people.

          For I have a sword that divides – piercing, soul, spirit, joint and bone! I AM that sword! NAd I will not let this charade continue a moment longer than is necessary for their rotten fruit to be on full display before the people of this nation, and the whole world will smell its rotten flesh and be disgusted by it!

         FOr the one who would rather go on causing division shall reap what they  sow at the cost of their fortunes and their health!  for they brought this desolation on themselves and I will bring it to its correct conclusion.

          Those who would rather see this country divided in order to steal, kill and destroy, using people as players in a global game shall now become the pieces that I have selected to call “'Check Mate' says the LORD.

          For the one who humbles himself before me is in my refining fire and he will emerge a new man.  The one who has boasted about things he has not accomplished and who continues to do so, shall be brought before my courts and found WANTING.  For THE LORD IS NOT A PERSON THAT YOU SHOULD CHOOSE TO MOCK!  'DO I NOT SEE?  DO I NOT HEAR? INDEED I DO!'

          DO NOT BE DECEIVED; FOR WHATEVER A PERSON SOW'S THAT WILL HE ALSO REAP.  WHOEVER SOWS TO PLEASE THE FLESH WILL REAP DESTRUCTION; WHOEVER SOWS TO PLEASE THE SPIRIT, FROM THE SPIRIT WILL REAP ETERNAL LIFE.

THis is the word of the LORD!”
